Apex Legends TakeoverThursday, October 22, 20264:00 PM – 7:00 PMEsports Arena - Student Union Mezzanine Level

Want to co-host this takeover with us? Student orgs can bring their members to play, help promote it, add a side activity or mini-tournament, or chip in prizes. It stays a Niner Esports event in the Esports Arena — we book the arena and run the night, and your org joins us as a partner. We'll reach out to plan it together. Once an org has signed on, this form closes.

Takeover partner agreement

Co-hosting means helping Niner Esports run a free game night in the Esports Arena. It stays a Niner Esports event: we book the arena and run the night with the arena staff, and your org joins us. Once accepted, this proposal and these lines are your org's written agreement with Niner Esports for this event — sign as one of your org's leaders.

1.I'm a leader of this org and can commit it to what we described.
2.Our members will follow UNC Charlotte's rules, the Esports Arena's rules (only current UNC Charlotte students use the Arena PCs), the event's code of conduct and the Niner Esports staff on the day.
3.We'll promote it as a Niner Esports takeover in partnership with our org — not as our own event — and share what we post about it with Niner Esports first.
4.We won't sell anything, collect money, take donations or run raffles at the event unless Niner Esports approves it in writing first.
5.We'll tell Niner Esports early if our plans or numbers change.
6.Anything we hand out or promote at the event is our own org's — no outside sponsors or vendors without asking first. Niner Esports credits our org as a partner where we agreed to it.
