Partner orgs

Halloween Union LAN PartySaturday, October 31, 202610:00 AM – 7:00 PMPopp Martin Student Union

Student orgs make our events better: a TTRPG corner, an art club co-hosting the Artist Alley, a table for your club, volunteers. Tell us what you'd like to run. We'll follow up to plan it together — and your leaders can get access to the applications for the part you help run (like the Artist Alley's) to plan it with us.

Partner agreement

Partnering means planning and running part of a free UNC Charlotte student event together. Once accepted, this proposal and these lines are your org's written agreement with Niner Esports for this event — sign as one of your org's leaders.

1.I'm a leader of this org and can commit it to what we described.
2.Our members will follow UNC Charlotte's rules, the Student Union's rules, the event's code of conduct and the Niner Esports staff on the day.
3.We won't sell anything, collect money, take donations or run raffles at the event unless Niner Esports approves it in writing first.
4.We'll set up and clean up our area in the times we're given, look after anything we bring, and bring nothing the Student Union bans: weapons or realistic replicas, candles or open flame, fog or smoke machines, glitter, confetti, or straw and other dry plant material.
5.We'll tell Niner Esports early if our plans, numbers or needs change.
6.Anything we hand out or promote at the event is our own org's — no outside sponsors or vendors without asking first. Niner Esports credits our org as a partner where we agreed to it.
