Thank you for wanting to help! Niner Esports is run entirely by volunteers, and events like this only happen because people like you give their time. Pick the times you could help and what sounds fun — even an hour makes a difference, and no experience is needed. After sign-ups close, we'll build the crew schedule around the times you picked and email you your shifts: where to be, when, and what to do. Before the day, a ten-minute crew guide shows you everything.

When and how you'd like to help

When could you help? *

The event runs Sat, Oct 31, 10 AM–7 PM — setup is before doors, teardown after. Pick every time that works — we'll only ask for some of them, and you can change your picks later from your page.

What would you like to help with? *

We'll try to match you — and we'll show you exactly what to do.

Have you volunteered at an event before?

No experience needed — this just helps us pair first-timers with someone who knows the ropes.

Anything we should know?

Accessibility needs, things you'd rather not do, a friend you'd like to be paired with…

Anything else

How did you hear about this?

Crew promise

Thank you for volunteering! A few things we ask of everyone on the crew — tick each line to sign up.

1.I'll be kind and welcoming to everyone at the event, and follow UNC Charlotte's rules and the Niner Esports code of conduct.
2.I'll find my crew lead when I arrive for each shift, and ask whenever I'm unsure — nobody expects me to know everything.
3.If I can't make it, I'll let the organizers know as soon as I can. It's always okay to tell us.
4.In an emergency, I'll follow the directions of the organizers and the building's staff.
5.I'll keep what I see about attendees private — names, emails, anything from check-in.
